The bouquet of your choice will be delivered as close to the choosen delivery time as possible.
According to recommendations of our retailer, we will start processing the order 24 hours after we receive confirmation of payment for the order.
In order to ensure timely delivery, please make your orders not less than 72 hours before the desired delivery time.
In case of impossibility to deliver your order exactly according to your instructions, we will try to contact you using the contact details, that you have provided when placing the order to offer you another option or register the cancellation.
In case of cancellation of the order, money will be returned in 3 banking days.
Provision of recipient's telephone numbers is not required, however it is recommended, because in case when telephone numbers are provided (and if we are not instructed by you otherwise), we will try to contact recipient in advance, in order to adjust delivery time or possibility to leave gift to some other person, provided by recipient (e.g. possibility to leave gift to other people at the delivery address, or to neighbors).
Please note that if your recipient (or other persons, agreed with recipient, according to the previous paragraph) is not home at time of delivery, the package will be left at their door. Keep in mind that your gift is a perishable item. Be sure to select a delivery address where they can be cared for immediately upon arrival.
Please be aware, that FLO-WERS.COM cannot be responsible for mistakes in delivery address, so in case delivery destination does not exist or you have specified wrong address, we cannot guarantee delivery and we will not make refunds in such cases.
